London based client, looking to generate awareness of an event taking place onsite.

The ultimate objectives for this campaign:

  • Build awareness around the events,
  • Ensure the event was well attended,
  • Activities/class and restaurant bookings.

Residents, workers and those in a commutable distance to create a desirable destination location.

KEY CHALLENGES

A fairly new asset that would require long term awareness to build destination status.

STRATEGY

A multi-layered approach of OOH, digital programmatic, paid social and paid search. Synchronising channels to reach users at multiple touch points and encourage users to convert.


Using dynamic day parting to deliver varying messaging during work hours, evenings, and weekends. Messaging was also served dynamically to the different audiences e.g. residents, workers and commuters.


We implemented a robust targeting strategy using CRM data to encourage repeat visitation.
