London based client, leasing office space. Looking to Increase brand awareness of a new office location. Overall looking to build awareness and drive leads (brochure downloads & enquiry forms).

KEY CHALLENGES

Being a new building, we need to build awareness to ultimately drive leads, therefore a full funnel approach was required.

STRATEGY

A highly targeted multi-layered full funnel media campaign using various data sources including intent data to reach those showing signals of intent to lease office space.

Using a multi faceted digital campaign to drive awareness and guide users through the conversion funnel through to intent.

Dynamic messaging to ensure the right message is being delivered to the correct audience, as priorities will vary between job titles.  

Programmatic OOH to build awareness without the wastage typically seen via a traditional OOH buy.
