KEY CHALLENGES

In order to track the campaign and measure footfall uplift, the campaign was reliant on shoppers actively opting in to having their location tracked.

STRATEGY

  • Generate awareness in and around the catchment area with a highly targeted multi layered media campaign, targeting key postcodes and acorn groups as outlined in the research.
  • Using a segmented and synchronised approach to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time.
  • Utilising OOH, radio and press to reach the target audience at different touchpoints via a range of formats to ensure cut through.
  • Overlaying digital channels to generate frequency across a range of devices, up weighting in key area of opportunity to encourage visitation.
